We are grateful to have you as part of our community. By purchasing, booking, or participating in a class, program, or event at Dance Now & Pilates Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Purchases & Refunds
All purchases and payments for classes, class packages, membership, progressive series, course, programs, workshops, performance teams, and events are final and non-refundable.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy, individual class
If you need to cancel or reschedule a regular class, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, as well as no-shows, will be considered a used class, and the class credit will not be returned.
Programs, Progressive Series, Course & Performance Teams
Registration for a progressive series, course, training program, or performance team is for the entire program, not for individual classes.
These programs are not covered by our 24-hour cancellation policy.
If a participant misses a class, rehearsal, or training session, the missed session cannot be rescheduled, refunded, credited, transferred, or made up, regardless of when notice of the absence is provided.
Participants are responsible for attending all scheduled dates and times of the program.
Class Packages & Expiration
All class packages must be used within their stated validity period. Expiration dates are final, and class packages cannot be extended.
Any unused classes remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund, credit, transfer, or extension.
We encourage clients to plan their classes accordingly and use all class credits before the package expiration date.
Pricing & Fees
Prices for classes, packages, programs, course, workshops, events, performance teams, and memberships are subject to change at any time.
Dance Now & Pilates Studio reserves the right to adjust pricing, fees, promotions, and special offers without prior notice.
Any price change will not affect a purchase that has already been completed.
Photo & Video Recording / Promotional Use
Photos and videos may be taken during classes, workshops, rehearsals, events, performances, and other studio activities.
These photos and videos may be used by Dance Now & Pilates Studio for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, our website, advertisements, flyers, and other promotional materials.
By participating in studio activities, you acknowledge that you may appear in photos or video recordings and consent to their use for these purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the studio or your instructor before the class or event begins, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Schedule & Instructor Changes
Class schedules and instructors may occasionally change. Dance Now & Pilates Studio reserves the right to modify, substitute, reschedule, or cancel classes when necessary.
Participation
Clients are responsible for choosing classes appropriate for their individual ability and fitness level and for informing the instructor of any limitations that may affect safe participation.

We ask all clients to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and help us maintain a welcoming, positive, and supportive studio environment.
By completing a purchase, registering for a program, or booking a class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
